Young Goodman Response

I did not understand the story very well, but I think it was a deep story. It was  about a man who was departing from his wife to go somewhere. He went to a gloomy forest in Salem.It talked about bad things happening and what bad things there were in the forest. In the end his family died which makes this story a tragedy. I feel like this story included a psychological theme because the main character becomes traumatized with fear after the evil encounters in the forest. After visiting the forest he completely changed and could not trust anybody.

      Fahrenheit 451 is a great book and there are connections between it and our lives in 2018.  This book shows us how much we can relate to the society Montag lives in, in 2018. This book can show others how valuable knowledge can be and how bad technology can affect us. The theme for this book is "How authorities attempt to control people." This is because just like in 2018 I believe that the people don't have the right to make major decisions. We are only allowed to vote for a president  to make these decisions, and even I think that he or she is being controlled by authorities. In the book the government has full control over the city with bomber planes surrounding it.
