Literature Analysis: Next Level.
(1) What drew me to this story was to read about how blacks reacted and endured the hardships of racism and racial profiling. This is because racism still exists today, and I like rooting for the underdogs. I hoped to see action and to see the blacks stand up for their rights and what they believe. (2)As I kept reading I noticed how the black children would use slang language. They would use words that are not real, but are commonly used. I kept reading because I could relate and because I would also use fake words when I was younger. I also kept reading because I support race equality. Blacks are are the main target of racial profiling like Hispanics which I am and I feel like we both have a strong connection that other races don't because of it. (3) I do not read very often because nowadays we have movies and television. It also does not take as long to watch a film than to read a book. I do not mind reading, and if I find an interesting book I would probably read the whole t
